1. Who we are

2. Our services

House of Being provides holistic wellbeing coaching, education and personal development services, delivered online and in person. This includes individual and group coaching, personal development programmes, Ayurvedic lifestyle education, online coaching and digital educational content, community and membership-based programmes, breathwork sessions, workshops, in-person events and retreats, corporate and team wellbeing experiences, and consulting and advisory work. We also develop wellness concepts and intellectual property of our own, and engage in e-commerce of related botanical and wellness products. This is the same set of activities described on our home page; if the two ever appear to differ, the description on the home page reflects our current registered scope of activity.

3. Not medical care

Our services are intended for general wellbeing, education and personal development. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or regulated healthcare services, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or mental health professional. Nothing offered by House of Being should be relied on as medical advice.

4. Health and safety

Some of our services — breathwork in particular — involve altered physiological and psychological states and are not appropriate for everyone. If you have any of the following, or are unsure whether a condition applies to you, consult a physician before participating and disclose the condition to us in advance so we can advise you appropriately:

• cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
• epilepsy or a history of seizures
• glaucoma
• pregnancy
• recent surgery

This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history and for seeking your own physician’s guidance where a session, workshop or retreat involves breathwork or other physically or emotionally intensive practice. We may decline or adapt participation where a disclosed condition presents a safety concern.

5. Booking, cancellation and refunds

House of Being does not yet operate a booking or payment system. Once a specific service, workshop, retreat or programme is open for booking, the applicable price, cancellation window and refund terms for that offering will be stated at the point of booking and will form part of these terms for that transaction.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, the Integral Intelligence essay, course and programme materials, and the House of Being name and marks — is the property of House of Being OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of Being’s liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or participation in our services is limited to direct damages, and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Estonian or European Union law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from our services that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as new services launch. The version in effect is the one published on this page; material changes will be dated. We recommend checking this page before booking a service.
