How House of Being OÜ handles personal data, today and as our services grow.
Today
This website is a static brochure. It has no cookies, no analytics or tracking of any kind, no forms, no user accounts, and no payment processing. Visiting it does not generate any personal data that we collect or store. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard infrastructure-level access logs (such as IP address and request metadata) in the ordinary course of serving this site, as any hosting provider does; this happens independently of anything we build, and we do not access, aggregate or use that data ourselves.
Who we are
House of Being OÜ, incorporated in Estonia, is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website and our services. Registration number: — (To be added once assigned by the Estonian Business Register.). Registered address: — (To be added once a registered address is confirmed.). Contact: — (To be added once the company's email address is established.).
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), anyone whose personal data we process has the right to access it, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a portable copy of it. These rights apply from the moment we hold any personal data about you — for example, from an email you send us — even while this website itself collects nothing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at — (To be added once the company's email address is established.). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian data protection authority, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
When booking, contact and payments launch
The sections below describe what will apply once those features exist. None of them are live yet, and none of this data is collected today.
What we will collect, and why
Once a contact form, booking flow or payment method launches, we expect to collect identifying and contact details (such as name, email and phone number) to respond to enquiries and administer bookings; booking and participation details (such as the service booked and any health information you choose to disclose under our health and safety terms) to deliver the service safely; and payment and billing details, processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored by us directly, to complete a transaction.
Lawful basis
We expect to rely on: performance of a contract, for booking and delivering a service you request; consent, for anything not necessary to fulfil a booking, such as marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation, for records we are required to keep (for example, for tax and accounting purposes).
Processors
This site is hosted on Vercel. Payment processing and transactional email are not yet live; once they are, the specific providers we use will be named here, along with the categories of data each of them processes on our behalf.
Retention
We will keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for — for example, enquiry details until the enquiry is resolved, and booking and billing records for as long as Estonian tax and accounting law requires. Specific retention periods per category of data will be published here once these features launch.
International transfers
Where a hosting, payment or email provider we use processes data outside the European Economic Area — including in the United States — we will rely on an appropriate safeguard recognised under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in that provider’s own data processing terms.
